Mr. CHINTAM SRINIVASA REDDY, the Chairman/Director of the Ignite Junior College has nearly three decades of experience in the education sector. He has been associated with the Royal Group of Colleges since its inception as promoter and Director. He is responsible for the overall working of the group and is instrumental in making strategic decisions for the group in educational and external programs. Besides this, Mr. SRINIVASA REDDY is experienced in areas of educational secretarial practice. SRINIVASA REDDY has extensive experience in corporate management and marketing in the resources sector including over 30 years with the Royal group of colleges.

Mr. N.S. Reddy, MA (History), M.Sc. (Eco-Tourism), MBA, LLB,A highly qualified and having an experience of more than 25 years as a Group 1 and Civil Services Officer is our Honorary Director(Edu) & Chief Mentor.
He guides Ignite Junior College in its educational planning, curriculum development strategy, and mentors our students in acquiring necessary knowledge and skills to achieve success in the Civil Services Examination and to become efficient administrators
of the nation.

An alumnus of BITS Pilani, Pavan holds dual degrees: a B.E. (Hons.) in Chemical Engineering and an M.Sc. (Hons.) in Biological Sciences. His deep understanding of civil services preparation and examinations has been pivotal in creating innovative academic frameworks that elevate overall academic performance.
Beyond academics, Pavan’s expertise extends to marketing strategies and financial planning, enabling institutions to achieve sustainable growth while reaching their goals effectively. With his student-centric approach and operational acumen, Pavan continues to drive success and inspire progress in the field of education.
